I am writing this letter to complain about the pricing and servicing policies of your sole distributor in Turkey: Laylaylom Music, who charges incredibly high mark-ups on your products and is unable to service its customers in the way required by the consumer laws in Turkey. Examples of their low quality service include asking for a waiting period of more than six months for a prepaid product, demanding a repair fee for malfunctions covered by the manufacturer's warranty and giving misleading information to customers in order to favor their copycat guitar brand SB Dreams.
In my opinion, Laylaylom Music is limiting the sales potential of your company's products in the ever-growing musical instrument sector of Turkey through their ridiculous pricing and misleading behaviour which leads to the customers prefering other brands just not to buy from Laylaylom. Therefore, I would be glad to see your company further inspecting this distributor's sales policies.
